Pre and Perinatal Psychology

Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology is based on the idea that we are conscious beings from our earliest moments. Our experiences in the womb and during birth shape our subconscious and nervous system. These early moments lay the foundation for our health, emotions, and future relationships. Any trauma during this critical development period can profoundly impact our well-being later in life.

Healing in this approach involves becoming more aware of our nervous system reactions to daily stresses, whether it's a fear of public speaking or something more intense. Increased awareness allows for healing, as we develop the skills to repair early belief systems. Challenging these early beliefs lets us view stressful situations from a new perspective, incorporating knowledge of early wounds and consciously choosing to experience situations differently.
